Raising a concern or compliment

 We take safeguarding, concerns, and compliments seriously, which is why we've made it easy for you to share them. Whether you have something you're worried about or want to recognise great care, your voice matters. Simply fill out the form below, and Sophie, our Safeguarding Lead, will be in touch with you.

 If you’re not comfortable reporting your concerns directly to us, you can contact the Care Quality Commission (CQC) instead. The CQC is an independent body that oversees health and social care services in the UK. You can raise your concerns with them confidentially through their website or by phone.

Poor Care

If you’ve experienced or witnessed poor care and don’t feel comfortable speaking with us directly, you can report your concerns to the Care Quality Commission (CQC). They are an independent organisation that monitors and regulates care services to ensure safety and quality. 

Good Care

If you’ve experienced or witnessed good care, you can also share your positive feedback with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). They welcome this information to help highlight what’s working well in care services.
